About Me

How I Can Help You
While my training provides the foundation for our work, I believe the most important part of therapy is the genuine connection we build together. I know that reaching out can feel like a big step, but I am here to offer a calm, down to earth space where you can finally put down the heavy lifting of daily life.
My approach is not about clinical labels; it is about seeing you as a whole person and helping you find your own way forward. Whether you are navigating a difficult season or simply want to understand yourself better, I will walk alongside you with honesty and warmth. Together, we can explore your thoughts and feelings at a pace that feels safe and right for you.
Why Choose Me?
I offer therapy that is down-to-earth and human. I believe that good therapy is about genuine connection, which informs my approach and ethical practice.
Expert Professional Support
I am a fully qualified counsellor with a Level 4 Diploma and specialised training in trauma, anxiety, and attachment theory. This background allows me to provide professional, safe guidance that is tailored specifically to the challenges you are facing.
A Grounded, Human Connection
Therapy should feel accessible and comfortable. I focus on building a real relationship with you, and for those who find traditional sessions difficult, I often work with my trained therapy dog to provide a calming and grounding presence.
Support Across All Ages
I work with adults and young people from the age of 12, offering help in Bromley, Harley Street, or online. Whether you are looking for support for yourself or your child, I provide a private and supportive space to help you find a way forward.
Supporting Your Relationship
Taking the first step towards counselling is a significant decision, and finding a therapist who feels like the right fit is essential. My goal is to help you navigate life’s challenges, whether you are dealing with a specific crisis or a general sense of being overwhelmed.
Relationships and life transitions can be complex and challenging. I work with individuals to help you understand your personal patterns better, improve your communication with others, and resolve the internal conflicts that may be causing distance or distress in your life.
You can reach out by email or phone to start the process. I aim to respond to all enquiries within 24 hours to arrange a brief, informal chat. This is a chance for you to ask any initial questions about how I work and for us to find a time that suits your schedule.
Our first full session is about understanding your story. Having worked within several charities and schools, I have supported people from many different backgrounds facing a wide range of challenges. We will use this time to see how we get on and ensure I am the right person to support you at this stage of your life.
I do not use a standard checklist for therapy. Instead, I draw on my experience with adults and young people to create an approach that fits you. This might involve traditional talking therapy or using creative tools to help you express things that are difficult to put into words. We will decide together what feels most helpful.

My Experience and Qualifications
I am a fully qualified counsellor with a Level 4 Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling. I am committed to continuous learning to provide the best possible care for my clients. I currently practice in Bromley and Harley Street, and I am looking forward to opening a new, private garden office in the late autumn of 2026.
A Journey Rooted in Empathy
My work is centered on empathy and understanding. I believe that everyone deserves a space where they can be heard without judgement. For clients who find it difficult to talk openly, I sometimes bring my trained therapy dog into sessions. Her presence can offer a sense of calm and grounding during our work together.
Deciding to start counselling is a significant step towards looking after your mental well-being. Whether you are dealing with a specific crisis or a general sense of unease, I am here to support you through that process.
