I offer professional support tailored to your unique needs, helping you understand your past and find a clearer way forward.
My Approach
How I Work
My way of working is grounded in empathy and respect. I do not see myself as an expert who tells you how to live your life. Instead, I am here to listen and help you make sense of your thoughts and feelings. I specialise in working with adults and young people from the age of 12, adapting my style to meet the needs of each person I see.
I draw on my training in attachment theory and trauma to help us look at the patterns in your life. By understanding how your past experiences influence your present, we can begin to create positive changes for your future.

Types Of Therapy
A combination of these therapeutic approaches might be used, tailoring our work specifically to your individual needs to ensure you receive the most effective support.

How I Support
I offer several different ways to support you, depending on what feels most comfortable and effective for your needs:
Creative Expression: If you find it hard to put feelings into words, we can use creative tools to help you express yourself more easily.
Support for Young People: I provide a safe and private space for teenagers to navigate the unique pressures of school and social life.
Trauma and Anxiety: Using advanced training, I help you develop practical techniques to manage stress and feel more grounded.
Therapy Dog Support: My trained therapy dog can join our sessions to provide a calming presence if you feel nervous or overwhelmed.
Understanding Relationships: We explore your patterns of connection with others to help you build healthier, more fulfilling relationships.
Grounded Experience: My background working in charities and schools means I have supported people from all walks of life with a wide range of concerns.
Practicalities of Our Sessions
Finding a routine that works for you is an essential part of the therapeutic process. I aim to provide a service that is both professional and flexible, ensuring that the logistical side of our work supports your emotional well-being. Whether you are looking for the structure of a clinic setting or the accessibility of online sessions, I am committed to maintaining a high standard of care and a consistent environment for our meetings.
We will meet for 50 minutes at the same time each week to provide consistency. You can choose to meet at my Bromley clinic, my Harley Street office, or online. I am also preparing a new, private garden office which will be ready for sessions in the late autumn of 2026, providing a quiet and natural setting for our work.
Therapy is not a race, and there is no right or wrong way to progress. I respect that you may need time to build trust and feel comfortable sharing your story. We work together for as long as you find the sessions beneficial, with no pressure to reach specific milestones within a set timeframe.
We will check in regularly to talk about how you feel the therapy is going. My aim is to help you gain the clarity and tools you need so that you eventually feel confident navigating life’s challenges independently. We work at your pace, and we only bring our sessions to an end when you feel ready to do so.
