Fees and Location
Counselling Sessions
I believe that professional support should be straightforward and easy to navigate. These rates remain consistent across all the services I provide, whether you are seeking adult counselling, support for a young person, or couples therapy. By basing my fees on the setting rather than the type of support required, I aim to provide a fair and transparent service that allows us to focus entirely on your well-being and finding the environment where you feel most comfortable.
Each individual session lasts for 50 minutes. The cost varies depending on the location to reflect the specific clinic space used.
Session Prices
Harley Street, London: £100 per session
Bromley Location: £60 per session
Online Therapy: £55 per session
Starting Your Therapy
Our work begins with a 15 free assessment. This first meeting is an important chance for us to talk about what has brought you to therapy and to ensure that I am the right person to support you. If we decide to move forward, we will usually meet at the same time each week to maintain the momentum of our work.

I see clients in professional, quiet settings designed to help you feel at ease. You can choose the setting that best fits your lifestyle and schedule.
Bromley: My main practice is located in a calm, professional clinic with excellent local transport links.
Harley Street: I offer sessions in a quiet suite in Harley Street on specific days of the week.
Online: Sessions are held via a secure video platform, allowing you to access professional support from a location that suits you. No special software is needed; I will send you a private link before we begin.
The Garden Office: Opening in late autumn 2026, this purpose-built space in Bromley will offer total privacy and a peaceful connection to nature.

Payments and Cancellations
To keep the focus on our therapeutic work, I ask that fees are paid via bank transfer at least 24 hours before our scheduled appointment. Because your session time is reserved exclusively for you, I require at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or move a session. This allows me to offer the time to another client. If a session is cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice, the full fee will usually be payable.
